Important Note: Network roles are very different from the permission level a user has on a workspace.  A network role only controls what tools a specific user has on the network dashboard, it does not determine what content they have access to  or if they have any access to a workspace.  Access to content is always determined by the workspace's Security setting and the permission level the user has on the Members list of the workspace.
