The permission level is what defines what one is able to do and access on a workspace.

Important note:  Every workspace has it's own settings and Members list.  The permission of one user on a network can vary from workspace to workspace.

The Item-Level Only permission is the most restrictive permission level you can set on a workspace.

Item-Level Only users only have access to content that a Moderator has authorized them to access through Page or Folder Security.   They have no access to Tasks and Milestones, and they only have access to pages and files where Page and Folder security allows for it.

Tip: Enter the folder security settings of a folder, and set it to Editor for a Item-Level Only user.  This way, the user will be able to edit, delete, and create content, but only have access to the one folder.  The rest of the workspace will be unreachable by the user.
