Important: In all cases, only a PBworks Admin can resend the invite of a invited user. If you need to resend an invite to a user, you must contact your PBworks Admin, which you can easily find using the filters in the Users tab.
- First, click the Admin tab of the network. This is only available to users who have the role of PBworks Admin.
- Then, click the "Pending Users" setting in the Admin Panel.
- To resend an invitation, to a user, check the box next to their email address and click to send it. Only users that have never set a password or are unverified will appear in this listing.
If your users have already set a password for the network, then they should use the "Forgot your password" link from the login screen for the network to gain access. They can also use this link even if they have never set a password. This should be the first thing you try when any user loses access. Log out, click the "Forgot your password?" link, and submit their email address to it.
If you want to quickly send instructions about how to reset your password with PBworks, just include this link. Of course, replace the "NETWORKNAME" text with the name of your network.
