Downloading Multiple Files

  1. Multiple files can now be downloaded as one convenient ZIP file from your network.  First, click the "Files" tablet of your workspace to get to the file manager.

  2. Next find the files you want to download in the list.  The selections are not persistent, and so the files you want to download do need to be captured in one view.  Folders can also be selected to be downloaded, and so if you have a large number of files (more than 20) to download, try placing them in folders first.  The resulting ZIP file will contain the folder and all of the content in that folder.

  3. Finally, click the Download button along the top of the file manager.

Tip: If the ZIP file you're generating is large, it may take several minutes to build.  Click the "Email me when it's done" button to dismiss this progress bar temporarily and have the service email you with a download link when it is complete.
