Important: Deleting pages and files is an irreversible action, and once a page or file has been deleted it cannot be recovered.  In order to minimize the risk of deletion, you may want to put your users' permission level to "Writer."  Writers can edit pages and add files, but cannot delete.

  1. Click the Files tab on your workspace, to view the file browser:

  2. Find the page or file you want to delete in the list.  If you need to delete just one file or page, click the "More" menu and then choose to delete (you'll have to confirm this action by clicking an "OK" alert in the browser.

If you need to delete multiple files, check the checkboxes that appear as you hover over each item.  When you check the boxes, the checkboxes will stay selected.  Click the delete button at the top of the list when you want to delete the selected items.

Please note that all links to the deleted page will be broken.  Additionally, deleting a page or file will not change any content on any other page, so references to the page or file will have to be manually changed.
