To easily create a copy of a page, just click the "Copy this page" link which appears in the Page Options menu of each page in view mode.  For security, pages that are created with Copy this page are created in the same folder as the original page and have the same security preferences.

  1. First, find the page you're attempting to copy in the file manager.  Click the name of the page to view it.

  2. While viewing the page, click the Copy this page link in the options.  If this is not available to you, it is because either the page or the folder does not allow you to copy the page.  Pages can only be copied into their current folder, so if you can't make new pages inside the folder, you will not be able to copy the page.

When you click the link, you'll be prompted to create a new name for the page.  You can either keep the "Copy of ..." format, or you can name the new page whatever you need.  Click Copy to copy the page.  You'll be immediately taken to the page in view mode.  The new page will have the same security settings and appear in the same folder as the original.
