Every workspace also has a general change list which generates a list of the last 100 changes the logged in user has access to. If a user does not have access to a page, then they will not be able to see when that page changes in the Recent Activity list. Please note, this listing is just for recent activity, and once more than 100 changes have happened, events will start to fall off this listing.
Edits are listed chronologically, every time a page is saved. Users can click the page name to see the most current version of the page, the name of the editor to see the user profile of the user that made the change, or the "show changes" link to see the difference between this edit, and the previous one before it.
One of the main functions of the Dashboard is to give a summary of activity across the entire network. The "Recent Activity" tab of the dashboard does this by listing all changes to content to which the logged in user has access.
The most recent changes are always listed towards the top of the list, and subsequent changes are listed below. Please note, that all changes from all workspaces you have access to will be listed here. The level of detail provided here is not very granular, mainly because it is intended to be an overview of all changes across the entire network.
To see the changes on one workspace, first, click the name of the workspace as it appears in the Dashboard Recent Activity stream
