Each search result is shown directly below the query, with information about the match.  Please note that there is a slight delay from uploading a file to the file being displayed in search results.  Depending on the length of the file or page, the delay may be up to 5 minutes in length.

From this result, we can see that the text "Hope" was found on the Top Incidents page which is on the "Marketing" Workspace.  Conrad Hilton was the last user to edit this page, and this was done five minutes ago.

The contents of files are also searchable, and if a Word or Excel file is available to the user, then matches from the query will be shown to the user.  Here, the icon for the search result has changed, because it's an external file, and not a wiki page, which has the information.  Additionally, this document was found on the "Example Workspace".

Stemming

A stemming algorithm is used in conjunction with your search query to find results that are related to the terms that are being searched.  This is why some matches will not be the exact term, but related to the term the user has searched for.  In the example below, "inhabit" was the term searched for, but "inhabitants" is included in the results because the term is closely related.
