Boolean operators, like "AND" and "OR" do not function in a PBworks search, and those specific words are actually removed from all queries. By default, all words in a query are assumed to be joined by an "AND" operator, and the results will show results with both of those words. To search for a precise phrase, surround the words in quotes, and the only results that match exact phrase (with the words appearing in that order) will appear.
Stop Words
Stop words are words that are so common in the English language that to include them in search results would overload search results with irrelevant matches and information. The stop words for the PBworks search engine are listed below.
