Filter Members

The following only applies to the "Members" list for an individual workspace.  The "Members" list of the workspace may be removed or renamed to something else, which is something a workspace Moderator can do in the settings.  If you can't find the Members list, then you probably don't have Moderator access to the workspace.

Filtering members by name is the easiest, and most direct way to find the people that you need. Type the name of the person you wish to find in the filter box and press or return on your keyboard.  Only users matching what you've typed will appear in the list.  In the example below, "crane" matches the last name of one user, so only he is listed.  Click the "Clear All Filters" link below the groups listing to reset the Members list and see all of the users.

Permissions

Since the People list of a workspace has a narrow scope and only covers the user of a specific space, you can choose to display only the users with a specific permission.  This is especially helpful if you need to find the Moderator of the space, which is the only security level on a workspace that can change folder or page security.

Groups

By choosing a group, users can further narrow down the listing.  When a group is chosen, only users from that specific group will appear in the listing.  To broaden the search, click the "X" icon on the group name to remove the group from the filter list.
