Sharing a Report
The URL that a saved report resides on is identical for all network users on the network. Because the security levels of each individual workspace are respected when a user is viewing a report, all reports are equally available to all network users. The content of the report will differ based on which workspaces the network user viewing the report has access to. Network Administrators have full access to all workspaces.
Guest users (users with minimal access to just individual spaces on the network) cannot view any reports.
Copy the URL from the address bar and send it over email or IM, or post it on a workspace page, to refer to it. Of course, anyone visiting that URL will have to be able to log in (as a full network user) to view the report.

When users click the "Reports" tab, the full list of all available reports are shown. Reports that were created by other network users can only be modified or deleted by the creator or by a Network Administrator.
